This historic brick building, once home to the Cambridge Valley National Bank, is on the corner of Washington Street, fronting on East Main Street.
It is advantageously located next to the Hubbard Hall Projects Arts Center, the Valley Artisans Market, Village Coop and a host of other businesses from antique shops to realty companies.
Best of all, it is part of the Freight Yard Revitalization Project, located at the heart of the village's economic and cultural future.
Call me to experience this great opportunity at 518-469-3534 (Bill Creitz).
Since buying the property in 1988, I achieved my goal to update the buildings infrastructure. I completely renovated and insulated the upstairs office spaces. In 1990, I had a new EPDM Rubber roof affixed, and in 2000, a new septic system was installed along with upgrades to all wiring and water service plumbing. In 2001, the main room was restored back to its original charm and a small order kitchen was created for coffee house operations. |
